Booking services
When you book IT Support service, one of our service team members will contact you, and depending upon the service, you will will be required to pay for the service in advance before the work is carried out. If we cannot complete your work, then we will only charge 10% for the work carried out, and refund the remaining amount.

Remote Support
Some of our services require that we connect to your computer remotely. This requires that you install a remote piece of software that will enable us to gain access remotely. When you request this service, you automatically authorise our team to connect to your computer, server or device to complete the support job. To ensure that the caller is from Helium22, we will send you a code via email first, without this code, you should never accept remote access to your computer, as the person may not be from Helium22.
Service completion
Once our team have completed your work, you will be protected for 1 month. This means that should you experience the same problem, we will rectify the problem free of any further charge. Our team will usually give you some advice as to how to look after your computer or server for the future, to prevent the same problem from occuring.
