Our support covers the everyday problems that bring work to a halt and the larger issues that need expert hands: troubleshooting and fixing faults, removing viruses and malware, installing and configuring software and hardware, setting up new devices, and carrying out routine maintenance and updates to keep your systems healthy.
Remote support, done securely
Many issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely, without waiting for an on-site visit. Some services require us to connect to your computer, server or device using a small piece of remote-access software; when you request this, you authorise our team to connect in order to complete the work. For your protection, we always send a verification code by email first — you should never grant remote access to anyone claiming to be from Helium22 unless they can provide that code.
How booking works
When you book an IT support service, one of our team will contact you to confirm the details. Depending on the service, payment may be required in advance before work begins. If we are unable to complete the work, we charge only 10% for the effort carried out and refund the remainder, so you are never left out of pocket for a job we could not finish.
Our completion guarantee
Once your work is complete, you are protected for one month. If the same problem recurs within that period, we will put it right at no further charge. We will also usually share practical advice on how to look after your computer or server going forward, to help prevent the same issue from happening again.
