SkillBridge is a service that companies can use to increase productivity of the employees. Often it can be a couple of employees that become the bottleneck in the delivery of services. Without directing blame or causing drama in the working place, SkillBridge address one key factor why employees become slow in the work. Technology is changing so rapidly people can't keep up, sometimes they are just not tech savvy.
