Leave the Helium22 mailing list. We will send one email to confirm it is really you.
Enter the address you would like removed. We will email a confirmation link to it — your subscription stays active until you press that link.
Why the extra step?
Anyone can type somebody else's address into a form. Confirming by email means only the person who actually reads that mailbox can remove it.
It also protects you the other way round: if you receive a confirmation email you did not ask for, simply ignore it and nothing happens.
